2818 Bayview Ave – curious about transit options and local coffee shops

I’ve been looking at 2818 Bayview Ave and the street seems nice, but I want to know more about getting around. How easy is it to catch the TTC around there? Are there any cool local cafes or spots to hang out? Also, what’s the overall feel of the neighborhood like?
