I'm moving to a 1-bedroom condo in North York and trying to figure out costs. Quotes from movers range from $500 to $800, but I'm worried about hidden fees. Is the rent really worth it in this area, or should I consider a cheaper neighborhood? Anyone else gone through this recently?
