Finding transit options near 468 Summerhill Ave for my downtown job

Looking at 468 Summerhill Ave for my next rental. How easy is it to hop on the subway or streetcar from here? I work near Union Station and want a quick commute. Also, are there bike lanes nearby for those sunny days? Any tips on getting around would be appreciated!
