How much to tip movers in toronto for a winter move any suggestions

I'm moving from a high-rise condo in Liberty Village this winter and it's definitely icy out. I'm not sure what the standard tipping rate is for movers in Toronto, especially in this cold weather. Should I adjust my tip if they struggle with slippery walkways?
