Moving a few boxes in Toronto - need advice!

Hey everyone! I’m an international student in Toronto and I’m just moving a studio apartment. I only have like 10 boxes and a bed to move. Is it really worth hiring movers for a tiny move, or can I find some small movers Toronto who can help? Any recommendations for micro movers downtown Toronto?
