Can i rely on transit living at 1900 Sheppard Ave W for downtown work?

Hey, I'm considering moving to 1900 Sheppard Ave W and I work downtown. How's the TTC from there for my daily commute? Also, are the bike lanes decent for getting around? Any thoughts on the walkability for errands or getting to a subway station?
