Living near 3020 Keele St and the best way to downtown via TTC

I’m thinking about moving to 3020 Keele St and wondering how the TTC services are for getting downtown. What’s the timing like for buses or streetcars during rush hour? Also, are there good bike lanes around for those days I want to cycle instead?
