530 Scarlett Rd and its transit vibe for a downtown commute

Thinking about 530 Scarlett Rd for my next place. How easy is it to hop on the subway for downtown? I mainly use the TTC, so I'd love to know if the streetcar or bus options are close by. Also, are there bike lanes around for those days I want to cycle? Any insights would be great!
