Is 117 Broadway Ave good for easy access to downtown and subway lines?

I'm looking at 117 Broadway Ave and wondering about the TTC situation for commuting downtown. How’s the subway access nearby? Are there bike lanes in the area for a quick ride to work? Any tips on getting to Union Station effectively would be great!
