Another Rent Increase? I'm Losing It!

Just got hit with another rent increase and I can’t believe it. How is anyone supposed to afford this? I mean, $400 more for a place that still has mold in the bathroom? What the heck! It feels like we're all just getting squeezed out. Can someone please explain how this is 'normal'?
