Apartment hunting vent - so exhausted and frustrated

Just need to vent real quick. I'm so done with this endless search! Every time I find a decent place, it feels like I'm racing against 100 other people and it’s exhausting. Why are so many listings just disappearing? This market is absolutely ridiculous and I can't take it anymore.
