Did you catch the new cafes popping up near 187 Berry Rd

I'm checking out 187 Berry Rd and noticed a couple of cute cafes on Google Maps. Anyone know if it’s a good spot for walking to local amenities? Also, how's the transit access for getting downtown? Just trying to gauge how convenient it is day-to-day.
