What's it like living at 1355 King St W for transit to downtown jobs

I'm considering a place at 1355 King St W and I want to know how it feels for commuting to downtown for work. I love being close to the streetcar and any bike lanes nearby. How's the traffic during rush hour and is it easy to hop on the subway when I need to?
