How much should i pay for movers in toronto for a tiny studio?

I'm moving out of my tiny King West studio and I feel completely overwhelmed trying to pack and coordinate everything. I only have one truckload or less, but I can't figure out how much I should actually pay for a crew. Can anyone share what you’ve experienced for similar moves? I need help!
