Experiences living at 2233 jane st, any insights?

I’ve been looking at 2233 Jane St and really like the layout of the units! Can anyone share what the area feels like? Are there good grocery stores and restaurants nearby? How's transit around here, especially getting downtown? Thanks for any insights!
