I'm considering 2155 Lawrence Ave E and want to know if biking downtown is a breeze. Are there good bike lanes nearby, and how does it feel cycling through rush hour? Also, what's the deal with transit options if I need to hop on the TTC for a last-minute trip? Appreciate any tips!
