Checking out 11 gulliver rd, what's nearby for weekend hangs?

Been looking at 11 Gulliver Rd and I see it’s close to some parks and cafes. The walkability seems decent, but any tips on local spots where I can chill out on weekends? Plus, how’s the transit access to downtown from there? Always need good TTC connections!
