How much should i expect to pay movers for a north york 1 bedroom

I'm moving from a one-bedroom in North York to a high-rise in Liberty Village next month. I've got quotes ranging from $300 to $700, which seems wild. How do I figure out what's reasonable for movers in Toronto? Anyone had a similar experience recently?
