Looking into 1555 Birchmount Rd for easy ttc access to downtown

I'm considering moving to 1555 Birchmount Rd and wondering about the TTC options for a daily commute to downtown. How manageable is it to get to Union Station during rush hour, and are bike lanes available for those days I want to cycle instead? Appreciate any insights!
