St george st gem? looking at 250 St George St for my next spot

I’ve been looking into 250 St George St and I’m intrigued! The walkability seems decent, but what’s the local scene like? I also want to know about TTC access around here—can I easily hop on the subway or streetcar to get to work? Any favorite local spots nearby?
