Exploring the area around 135 Rose Ave for my next move

I've got my eye on 135 Rose Ave and I’m curious about the local scene. How’s the walkability to cafes and parks? Also, what's the access to TTC like? I’m really looking for a neighborhood that feels alive but is still laid-back.
