Great transit vibe at 252 Victoria St for getting around downtown

I'm considering moving to 252 Victoria St and I'm curious about the transit scene. How easy is it to catch the subway or streetcar for trips downtown? Also, what’s it like biking around with the nearby lanes? Just trying to figure out my daily commute options.
