175 Shaughnessy Blvd has caught my eye for potential rentals, curious about area

I’m checking out 175 Shaughnessy Blvd and like the green spaces nearby. How's the TTC access around there? Is it an easy walk to shops and cafés or do I need to drive everywhere? Also, what type of people seem to live in that area these days?
