Looking into 75 Havenbrook Blvd, what's near for groceries and parks?

I'm really curious about 75 Havenbrook Blvd since my lease is up soon. The location looks interesting, but how's access to grocery stores and parks in the area? Also, is the TTC nearby for getting around? I'm trying to figure out if it'll suit my everyday needs.
