How much should i expect to pay for movers in toronto 1 bedroom?

I just got a few quotes for moving my 1-bedroom apartment in Scarborough, and they vary wildly. One mover quoted me $200 an hour but said they only take cash on the day—no receipt! Is that normal? I’m stressed about costs before the September rush hits, any tips to save money?
