1122 Don Mills Rd seems like it’s right off the main roads

I’m checking out 1122 Don Mills Rd and I noticed it's close to the DVP. How's the transit situation there, especially for getting downtown? I also read there are some parks around—wondering how walkable the area is for daily errands and enjoying some green space on weekends.
