Exploring rentals in Mimico - is it worth it?

I've been looking at Mimico for a while now and can’t help but notice all the new condos popping up. It seems like a family-friendly area with decent schools and parks, but is it really safe? Anyone with kids have firsthand experiences? I want to make sure there's enough space for playtime!
