Considering 1000 broadview ave for an easy commute to downtown

I just graduated and I'm eyeing 1000 Broadview Ave for my first apartment. How easy is it to get to Union Station using the TTC? Are streetcars or buses frequent around there? Iād really prefer a spot with good bike lanes too, since I want to stay car-free!
