Confused about the LTB process - T2/T6 forms? Help!

I'm feeling totally lost navigating the Landlord Tenant Board! I need to file T2/T6 forms but have no clue about the process. Also, I've heard about hearing experiences that vary widely. Is it normal to feel this unsure? I'm determined to fight for my rights. Any guidance would be appreciated!
