Stumbled on 22 John St and loving the nearby food scene

I’m eyeing 22 John St because I keep hearing about all the great eateries nearby. Would love to know more about the local markets and transit options—how easy is it to hop on the streetcar or find a bus? Never seem to stop around that area on my routes. Thanks in advance!
