Living near 904 Eglinton Ave E – transit routes for downtown commutes?

I'm considering a place at 904 Eglinton Ave E and I'm all about transit life. How's the TTC around there for getting downtown? Any good bike lanes nearby? I want to know if it's easy to hop on the bus or streetcar to reach the subway without any hassle.
