25 Broadoaks Dr sounds intriguing, what's the local scene like?

I just stumbled upon 25 Broadoaks Dr and I'm curious about what the local amenities are. How easy is it to get to the TTC from there? Also, are the nearby parks decent for a weekend stroll? I'm looking for a walkable area with some good eateries around.
