Landlord's Odd Holiday Decorations - Every Month!

My landlord has a peculiar habit of decorating the common areas for every holiday, even the obscure ones! One month, there were gnarled pumpkins in July, and in September, we've got fake cobwebs for Halloween. Is this weird or am I the weird one for enjoying it?
