How much do movers cost for a 2 bedroom condo near yonge and sheppard

I'm moving from a 2-bedroom condo at Yonge and Sheppard next month and I'm overwhelmed by the pricing. How do I know if $100/hr for a crew is fair, or if I'm being taken for a ride? Any tips on what to watch for, especially about hidden fees? Thanks in advance!
