Questions about 110 keewatin ave and the area for my pup

I’ve been looking at 110 Keewatin Ave and really like the feel of the place! Can anyone share what the local parks are like for dogs? Also, how’s the transit access to downtown? Excited to hear about nearby groceries or spots to grab a bite with my pet around me.
