25 Jansusie Rd has some intriguing nearby parks and transit options

I'm checking out 25 Jansusie Rd and I noticed some nice green spaces around. How walkable is that area, especially for grabbing groceries or coffee? Also, what's the transit like for getting downtown? Just trying to get a feel for living there with a potential roommate.
