What's transit like living at 6 Park Vista for downtown jobs

I'm eyeing 6 Park Vista and want to make sure it'll work for my daily commute to downtown. How quick is it to get to Union Station via TTC or streetcar? Also, are there good bike lanes nearby for weekend rides? Just trying to figure out if this place fits my car-free lifestyle!
