Living near 1129 Don Mills Rd for easy access to downtown via TTC

I'm considering a move to 1129 Don Mills Rd and need to know how well this location works for getting downtown. How close are the subway and bus stops? I love biking too—are there good bike lanes around for a ride to work? Any insights on commute times would be super helpful!
