First-time renter tips needed - feeling overwhelmed!

Hi everyone! I’m renting for the first time in Toronto and feeling a bit lost. Can anyone share what utilities I should expect to pay separately vs what’s often included in rent? Also, any advice for apartment hunting would be really appreciated! Thanks!
