1 Rosemount Dr caught my eye, what's up with transit around there?

Thinking about moving to 1 Rosemount Dr but I'm curious about transit access. I mostly rely on the TTC and I’ve heard the area has some decent options. Are there convenient routes nearby, and how walkable is the neighborhood for day-to-day errands?
