15 Wilmington Ave and getting to downtown easily via transit

Looking into 15 Wilmington Ave for a potential rental. I work downtown and want to know how well the TTC services this area, especially during rush hour. Are there good bike lanes nearby too? Any tips on commuting to places like Union Station would be great!
