Curious about 69 Gamble Ave and the surrounding area scene

I just found 69 Gamble Ave and really like the look of it! Can anyone share what the local restaurants are like? Also, how’s the transit access on Gamble Ave? Excited about possibly living here but want some real input on the area’s character.
