Considering leaving Toronto due to housing costs - thoughts?

I'm really conflicted about my future in Toronto. The housing crisis has made it nearly impossible to afford a studio, and I'm seriously thinking about moving to a cheaper city. Is it worth staying here, or is it time to give up on Toronto? Anyone else feeling the same way and planning to leave?
