How to set up mail forwarding when moving in toronto checklist

I'm moving from my condo near Yonge and Eglinton and I can't figure out when to give my notice vs. booking movers. Also, I'm worried about making sure my mail gets forwarded correctly. How do I set this up with Canada Post before the actual moving day, and is there a fee involved?
