Exhausted from the never-ending apartment hunt in Toronto

Just need to vent real quick. I'm so burnt out from searching for a basement apartment! The competition is insane and I'm sick of showing up to viewings with 20+ people. And why do listings vanish within hours? It's all so ridiculous and disheartening. I can't anymore!
