Been looking at 241 Redpath Ave – what's nearby for groceries and parks?

I'm thinking about making a move to a condo and 241 Redpath Ave caught my eye. I really want to know if there are good grocery stores and parks in walking distance. I love being outdoors and want to make sure there's some green space around.
