Did you guys notice 32 Maynard Ave is super close to that new park?

I just came across 32 Maynard Ave and I'm curious about how walkable it is to the local shops and restaurants. The new park nearby looks great for green space. What's the transit access like for getting around the city from there? Any must-know spots nearby?
