Parking costs near 810 Royal York Rd vs. other rental spots in etobicoke

I'm looking at 810 Royal York Rd for a rental and trying to figure out how much parking typically drives up the monthly rent around here. I love the idea of being close to the TTC and local parks, but I want to make sure I'm not overextending my budget. Any insights would help!
