Seeking Month-to-Month Lease Options in Toronto

I'm in a bit of a transition right now and really need flexibility with my lease. I'm not sure how long I want to stay in one place, maybe just a year or even less. Are there landlords in Toronto who offer month-to-month leases or short-term options that convert to monthly? Any advice would help!
