Feeling grateful for my amazing landlord!

Just want to share something positive for once! My landlord has been incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about the tenants' well-being. They even installed a new heating system just before the chilly fall weather kicked in. Not all landlords are terrible - proof that good ones exist!
